Quantaste.com also processes information related to payments (PayPal, Stripe), tag management tools (Google Tag Manager), support requests (Drift) and interactions with social networks and external platforms (Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

Quantaste.com retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual or legal obligations, or for the time required for the purposes set out in this policy.
The platform provides a conversational assistant that answers questions about market data and your profile. It is an artificial intelligence system: answers are generated automatically and may contain errors.
What we process. When you use the assistant we process the text of your question, the page you asked it from, the generated answer and the processing outcome. To build an answer the assistant may also read data from your account — your watchlist, the portfolios you follow and their performance — and send it to the language model together with your question.
Purposes and legal basis. We process this data to provide the service you requested, on the basis of performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to measure answer quality and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and transfers. The language model is provided by OpenAI, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor under an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Data sent through the API is not used to train the provider's models.
Retention. Questions and answers are retained for 12 months and then deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion by writing to info@quantaste.com.
Holdings you paste into the chat. You can paste the list of holdings from an account you keep with another broker so the assistant can analyse them. That text is handled like any other question: it is sent to the model provider, kept for 12 months and then deleted. We do not connect to any account and do not access your broker: we only read what you type.
What not to do. Do not enter into the assistant any data you would not want sent to a third-party provider: credentials, identity documents, health data or confidential information about other people.
